Children's Ministry Parents Guide

• Children’s Sunday School I and Children’s Worship I are from 10:00am to 11:15am. Parents need to pick up children in Kindergarten or below on the first floor. The worship hall usually projects a PowerPoint slide to remind parents. Children’s Sunday School II and Children’s Worship II start from 11:20am to 12:15pm. Children in Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten may attend Junior Worship - A/B in Room 108/109. Children who were born on and after 09/01/2004 may attend Angels Worship in Room #106.



• As a courtesy to our volunteer teachers, please pick up your child within 5 minutes after Worship Services or Adult's Sunday School classes have ended. You are welcome to resume fellowship with friends after picking up your child.



• Placement in classrooms for Infants to Kindergarteners is based on the child’s age as of August 31. For 1st to 6th grade students, it is based on current school grade.



• Children should be free of fever, extreme congestion, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, and/or any contagious diseases for 24 hours before being left in a nursery or classroom. If a child has any of these symptoms after being checked in, Children’s Ministry will ask parents to send home the child.



• Remind your child to pay attention to safety. Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North and Children’s Ministry assumes no responsibility for any injury or harm happens in the church.

For Infants and Toddlers

• Put a name tag on your child’s back during drop off and label diaper bags and bottles. Write a note to the teachers if your child has special needs.



• Please leave Infant's Zone (Room #106) after your child is dropped off. If a child cried for more than 15 minutes, the worship hall will display the child’s student number (class name - home phone number) and parents should know to pick up their child.
