VBS Date: July 13 – July 17, 2020

Program Hours:

Full Day VBS: 9 am – 5 pm
Full Day VBX: 9 am – 5 pm
Child Care: 8 AM - 9 AM
Child Care: 5 pm - 6 pm

Program Options:

Full-day VBS (completed Pre-school to Grade 5) (No special needs child program)
Full-day VBX (completed Grade 6) (Lego Mindstorms Education Robotics science project is included in VBX only)

VBS Policy

Early enrollment ends Sunday, June 7.
There is a limit of 20 enrollments per class on a first-come, first-served basis.
A T-shirt is included in the cost. Late registrations after July 1st are not guaranteed a T-shirt.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to ACCCN VBS (vbs@acccn.org) by June 30 for a full refund.
Illness Cancellation Policy: If your child has a fever (over 99.6°F without medication) or a contagious illness (pink eye or head lice) on the first day of VBS or during the week prior to VBS/VBX (July 13-17), a refund will be granted with proof of illness. No refunds will be granted for illness after the first day of VBS & VBX.
VBS/VBX payment is due in full at the time of enrollment.

Announcements:

Online registration closes at 1 PM EST on Wednesday, July 8th.
Walk-in registration opens at 8:45 AM EST on Monday, July 13th, for classes with available space.

Get Started in Two Steps.

Step One: Build Children's Profiles

If your KidCheck profile with ACCCN has already been created, you can skip the rest of these instructions and simply update your contact email or phone number if needed. If this is new to you, please continue with the instructions below.

Go to the KidCheck website
Click “I have never used KidCheck before.”.
Fill in the requested fields. Create your password. Type ACCCN in the box under “What Organization Referred You to KidCheck?”. Click “Register”.”
Agree to the license agreement (KidCheck Terms of Use)? 5. Click the “My Account” tab.
Create profiles for yourself, your children, and the authorized pickup person.
NOTE: The legal name and a valid phone number of your authorized pick-up, including your spouse, must be entered into the guardians list. All other fields are optional.
Select “Save Changes”

Step Two: Choose “Completed Grade Level“ —

ATTENTION: ‘Last Grade Completed‘ refers to the grade level that your child just finished before summer vacation started.

For example: “My child finished 3rd grade this year and is going to 4th grade, which grade should I sign him up for?” Answer: 3rd grade.
